By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. 
 

1. Services 

Aarvexa provides travel-related services including: 

• Flight bookings  

• Hotel reservations  

• Visa assistance  

• Holiday packages  

• Transportation arrangements  

• Tours and excursions  

• Concierge and travel support services  
   

2. Bookings and Payments 

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation  

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier or market conditions  

• Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings  

• Additional taxes, tourism fees, VAT, exchange rate fluctuations, or government charges may apply after booking confirmation  
   

The cardholder must retain copies of transaction records and merchant policies. 
 

3. Travel Documents 

Clients are solely responsible for: 

• Valid passports  

• Visa approvals  

• Compliance with immigration and destination regulations  

• Ensuring all travel documents remain valid throughout the journey  

The Company shall not be held liable for denied boarding, visa rejection, deportation, or denied entry. 

4. Group Bookings Policy 

Bookings involving: 

• More than 3 rooms, or  

• More than 9 passengers for the same travel dates and destination  

may be treated as group bookings and may be subject to separate terms and conditions. 
 

5. Cancellation and Amendments 

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing  

• Cancellation and amendment charges may apply depending on supplier policies and timelines  

• Certain services may be non-refundable  
   

6. Refund Policy 

Refunds may be processed: 

• Subject to supplier approval  

• According to applicable cancellation policies  

• Within 7–30 business days depending on banking and payment providers  

No refunds may apply for no-show bookings or partially utilized services. 
 

7. Liability Disclaimer 

Worldwide Word Travel and Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers. 

We shall not be liable for: 

• Flight delays or cancellations  

• Hotel overbookings  

• Loss of baggage or personal belongings  

• Accidents, injuries, or damages during travel  

• Visa rejections  

• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or government restrictions  

In situations where confirmed services cannot be honored by suppliers, we may offer alternative arrangements of similar category or a refund, where applicable. 
 

8. Fraud Prevention 

The Company reserves the right to cancel bookings, suspend services, or deny access if fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, or misrepresentation is suspected. 
 

9. Intellectual Property 

All website content including logos, branding, images, text, graphics, and designs are the property of Worldwide Word Travel and Tourism LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. 
 

10. Disclaimer 

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information, pricing, availability, or content is always complete, current, or error-free. 

Travel requirements and regulations may change without notice, and customers are advised to verify details with relevant authorities before travel. 
 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
